It is a bit like watching a movie (or the Story of You!!) but in my minds eye. Usually I write things down, draw pictures and highlight important notes. I often feel areas in my body that are related to questions about yours! The connection to loved ones is just like having a wee chat but If there is a very important message it can feel like a very loud voice in my head!
